New signature campaign set to be a source of inspiration for travelers globally with a limited-time I Prefer 20K points booking bonus
NEW YORK, NEW YORK – June 5, 2023: Preferred Hotels & Resorts - the world’s largest independent hotel brand - has launched Unforgettable Moments: Stay Where You’re Preferred, a global promotion designed to be a source of inspiration, encouraging travelers to explore the world through the brand’s portfolio of over 650 unique and independent hotels, resorts, and residences. Recognizing the travel experiences that become cherished memories, Unforgettable Moments offers complimentary breakfast and room upgrades, and, for stays before July 31, 2023, a 20,000-point booking bonus from I Prefer Hotel Rewards, the loyalty program of Preferred Hotels & Resorts.

Unforgettable Moments features more than 350 participating hotels where travelers can enjoy complimentary daily breakfast for two, and a room upgrade upon availability, when they book the promotion and stay two or more nights. In celebration of the recent relaunch of I Prefer Hotel Rewards, which includes a new standalone website and app for the loyalty program, travelers who book the promotion will be awarded 20,000 bonus I Prefer points for stays completed by July 31, 2023. The rich, limited time booking incentive provides enough points to redeem a free night at a variety of participating hotels, or for extremely attractive “cash and points” rates throughout the brand’s global portfolio.
Travel agents will also benefit from a total commission of 12% (which includes an additional 2% bonus) for bookings made via GDS or directly with a qualifying IATA or TIDS number.
With one-of-a-kind, luxury hotel options in destinations that range from Andorra to Zanzibar, Preferred Hotels & Resorts will showcase photography of various ‘unforgettable moments’ in photos as experienced by travelers and I Prefer Members across multiple marketing channels throughout the year and into 2024. Highlight experiences include a once-in-a-lifetime ‘Big Five’ experience at The Last Word Kitara located in the Greater Kruger National Park where the team organize personalized dining experiences in the bush; snorkeling in the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef – the world’s second biggest reef – with a stay at NIZUC Resort & Spa in Cancun, which is located on a one-time base station for Mayan astrologers, and a romantic river cruise for two along Bangkok’s Chao Phraya from the private pier of The Siam on the hotel’s luxuriously furnished long tail boat.

Unforgettable Moments bookings can be made through December 31, 2023, and are valid for hotel stays through March 31, 2024, with a minimum two-night stay required. The offer is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
