Why am I not seeing a hotel I have stayed at before and want to book?

Key Access offers are limited to select hotels, with offers available for a limited time, or while supplies last.

Why do I have the ability to book with Key Access but my friend does not?

Currently, Key Access offers are private and only available to an exclusive set of members. This may change with future sales. We encourage all I Prefer Members to subscribe to I Prefer Offers communications to stay informed and to be notified of such opportunities should they arise.

How can I book a different room type? Key Access offers are based on specific room types available exclusively through the program. Additional room types may be available on iprefer.com.

I would like to book a room for more than two guests – is there an option to select three or more guests?

Key Access offers are limited to single or double occupancy only. If you wish to stay with a party of more than two guests, you may choose to book an additional room.

Why do I see availability for a room I want to book on iprefer.com, but the same room is not available with Key Access on those dates?

The rooms offered as part of the Key Access program are extremely limited. As a result, not all room types are included, and availability may vary.

What if I need to cancel my stay due to unforeseen circumstances?

Stays booked with Key Access are non-refundable. We highly recommend you invest in travel insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances.

How can I change my dates? All confirmed reservations are final and cannot be changed.

How can I change the name on the reservation?

I already have a reservation booked – how can I add more nights to my stay?

If the Key Access offer for that property is still available, you may book a separate, additional reservation. Otherwise, please check general availability at iprefer.com.

Will I receive any I Prefer points for my Key Access stay?

Key Access reservations are not eligible for I Prefer Points.
