Attention I Prefer Members:
 

If you were not properly credited for your stay or believe your I Prefer Point balance is inaccurate, you may request an adjustment within six (6) months after the check-out date by completing the form below and attaching a copy of your final hotel bill reflecting the charges for which you are claiming points. You must wait at least 7 days after your stay before submitting a request for points.

Please note the following regarding eligibility for points awarding:

  • Stays that occurred prior to your I Prefer enrollment date, or the stay during which you enrolled into the I Prefer Program, do not qualify for point awarding.
  • Points are awarded based on points-eligible rates and booking channels. Any bookings made through online travel agents, including but not limited to Travelocity, Orbitz, Expedia, and Hotels.com, are ineligible.
  • Point requests made outside of the allowed six-month time frame and/or without a folio attached will not be reviewed.

Please allow up to 14 days for requests to be processed and reviewed. If your request is approved, the points will be applied to your account; if it is denied, you will be notified via email.
